i don't see that usefull to have a traking bonus on a midsize arty platform and the optimal range bonus don't work that well on autocannons (if you chose for a tanked ac setup)

i also think that probably the big problem for the muninn was to have a very good T1 reference cruisers so i suspect that devs chose to "hold back" when designing it for the fear to make an overpowered ship.

as said this sadly end in a very poor ship that is not worth its price and have serious fitting and tanking problems.

2 ideas to fix it...

1st, keep slot allocation as it is now, just add more pg and replace tracking bonus with a armor res one... this way it should round up the the tanking, whitout making it a real overpowered tank, ther will get a good bost but you will still need to use hards to build a strong tank.

the ship will benefit from this bonus less than other ships with similar one (due to the base res hole) but it should make it more resistant as an arty platform and give it the possibility to build a decent AC/tank one.

2nd idea, more pg as usual, add a low slot and change the traking bonus to a sensor range bonus, this way it should fit better to the arty mid size sniper role, the additional low can be used to increase range, damage or tank and the sensor bonus can free a mid for some added utility
